Vodafone has took an all new initiative to assist its customers in a hassle free way by introducing a new service for providing Customer Support via live chat now.The Mobile Service provider has announced that its Customer Care Executives will be providing support to the customers through live chat. The queries from the Vodafone Customers about their connection will now be solved online.
Vodafone’s new Customer Support initiative will save the customers a lot of time as it connects quickly unlike the phone calls to the Customer Care which takes a lot of time in the several procedures before it can get the Customer directly connected to the Customer Service Executive.
At present the new service for providing Customer Support from Vodafone will be available to the customers in Gujarat, Mumbai, Delhi and NCR circle. It is expected to be expanded to other circles across India soon.
Vodafone Live Chat Service would be soon available for non Vodafone Customers to let them solve their queries regarding New Connection and Packs, just by entering their minor personal details.
