Intel-powered smartphone in its XOLO range comes on March 14.This smartphone is being developed under the codename ‘Mission X’ and will be powered by an Intel Medfield Z2460 chipset. This chipset currently powers the Motorola Razr i and has been clocked at 2 GHz. The chipset also supports Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and up to 2GB RAM, storage up to 64GB, and can also support an 8-megapixel rear camera which can shoot videos at 1080p and a 1.3-megapixel front camera.The XOLO smartphone will be priced somewhere around Rs 20,000-RS 22,000 which will put it in the territory of smartphones like HTC One S, Sony Xperia P and Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos among others.

Lava launches the new smartphones in Dual-SIM facility which are known as Iris 454 and 502.The Iris 454 have a 4.5-inch smartphone running on Android 4.0 ICS OS and the Iris 502 running on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) OS which is a updated version with a 5-inch display panel.Lava Iris 454 is powered by a 1GHz Dual-core, Cortex A9 processor accompanied by 512MB of RAM. It includes a 4.5-inch qHD, IPS capacitive touchscreen display which bears a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels. It have an 8MP Autofocus Rear Camera and a VGA front camera.It includes a internal storage of 4GB which can be expanded up to 32GB.It have a connectivity of 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB.The Iris 502 from Lava running on Jelly Bean OS is powered by a 1GHz processor assisted by 512MB of RAM. It houses an internal storage of 4GB which may be expanded externally up to 32GB via Micro SD Card. The Connectivity options includes 3G, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, and Dual-SIM Support. It packs 5MP autofocus rear camera, a VGA front camera and a 2300mAh battery.

Lava Mobiles has launched a new device called XOLO A 1000.This device supports 5-inch 720p IPS display with a resolution of 1280x720 pixels and runs on Android 4.1.It have a internal storage of 4 GB and it can be expanded upto 32 GB via microSD.This phone is powered by 1GHz dual-core Mediatek MT6577 processor,1GB of RAM.It also includes 8-megapixel rear auto focus camera with LED flash and 1.2-megapixel front camera.It have a Dual-SIM (GSM+GSM).This device have a connectivity of Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, USB and GPRS and a battery of 2,100 mAh.It Measures 70.8x143.5x8.8 mm.

Both the handsest have 5 inch touchscreen with HD display. Lava is the trailblazer of merging Android and Intel, launching the first Intel-based smartphone with the Xolo X900. They’ve gone back to traditional ARM processors for their latest offering, creating a high-spec’ed device at a fantastic price. The Xolo A800 features dual-sim slots, a 4.5 inch IPS screen with a 960 x 540 resolution, and a dual-core MediaTek MT6577 chip.
