Sony officially launched new device which is known to be Sony Xperia Tablet Z globally.This device have is water resistant.It will launch in 24 May 2013.This device comes in two colours Black and White.Both these have different price tag.Sony Xperia Z which is available in black have a 16 GB memory but Xperia Z with 32 GB is available in both colours,it depends on your choice either white or black .The Sony Xperia Z with RAM of 16 GB have a price of 499.99$ and with a RAM of 32 Gb have a price of 599.99$.It have a features of 10.1 -inch Full HD display .It comes with a quad-core processor of 1.5 GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro.This will run on a Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and a connectivity of WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.0.
