Samsung Galaxy S II, Galaxy Note Android Jelly Bean Update Coming In January

It would appear that Samsung will be releasing the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for the Samsung Galaxy S II and the original Samsung Galaxy Note early next year.

The update for both devices will be available in January 2013, and the two devices will apparently skip the Android 4.1.1 update and go direct to Jelly Bean 4.1.2.

Canadian carrier Rogers has said that both devices will get the Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update in late January, which means that the unlocked versions of both devices will be getting it in January as well, as the unlocked handsets always get the update before the carrier versions.

As yet we do not have a specific date i n January when the Samsung Galaxy S II and the Samsung Galaxy Note will get the Android 4.1.2 update, as soon as we get some more details we will let you guys know.
