Lava is the trailblazer of merging Android and Intel, launching the first Intel-based smartphone with the Xolo X900. They’ve gone back to traditional ARM processors for their latest offering, creating a high-spec’ed device at a fantastic price. The Xolo A800 features dual-sim slots, a 4.5 inch IPS screen with a 960 x 540 resolution, and a dual-core MediaTek MT6577 chip. It also features an industry-standard 8 megapixel rear-camera and VGA front-camera. Want to take a guess what a device of this caliber costs? 11,999 rupees, or $220. It’s currently only slated for Indian release, but hopefully this budget-friendly beast comes to the States.
