A French site, NoWhereElse.fr, have released some photos of the next model of Apples iPhone which could be an upgraded iPhone 5S or have more radical improvements, the iPhone 6.

From the outside it looks very like an iPhone 5, but some of the internals, and some of the connections, seem to be in different places.

"From the background, it seems that the pictures were taken at the assembly line of an operation stage," the administrator writes. "The photographer has showed the front and
rear side of the housing, which looks very similar to the iPhone 5. However, the reason why we say it is a suspected iPhone 5s rear housing is that the specific information below the logo, which are replaced by 'X.' Usually, the parts with 'X' stand for test prototype."
You can see that post and the attached pictures here. The pictures show the rear cover looks almost the same as the iPhone 5's except for the location of a few screw holes.

The iPhone 5 launched in the U.S. and other countries on Sept. 21, and already the device has helped Apple reclaim the top spot in the U.S. smartphone market. In the U.S., the phone is available from Verizon, AT&T or Sprint. Apple has also begun selling an unlocked version that can be used with AT&T and T-Mobile without signing a two-year service contract.

The iPhone 5 will arrive in South Korea this Friday. That'll be followed by another wave of launches on Dec. 14 that includes more than 30 countries, among them China, Russia and Brazil.
