Sony rumoured to launch new Xperia SL model

A Sony Xperia SL has been spotted online, to hit the market, which is likely to be a follow model to the Xperia S. The Sony Xperia SL handset has the LT26ii model number which suggests it will be a spec-refresh of the existing Xperia S (LT26i). The details are still a mystery, but one thing is for sure, the phone will run the latest Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich or Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. We’re expecting the new phone be out in the market real soon.Sony have gone through this route in the past of course, last year Sony Ericsson launched the Xperia arc S which was a 1.4GHz variant of the 1GHz Xperia arc. We don’t have any further details right now, but it’s another model to keep your eyes open for in the second half of this year.
