HTC to Launch Three Windows 8 based Phone

HTC has announced that their partnership with Microsoft to launch new devices Windows Phone 8 devices. These new phones come with a dual-core processors and have high-resolution displays. HTC has plans to release two high-end devices and one entry-level handset.The entry-level phone will be called “Rio,” and it will feature a 4-inch display, 14.4Mbps and a 5-megapixel camera.
